Makes approximately 1 litre
Ingredients
1 cup (250ml) pouring cream
1 1/4 cups (310ml) whole milk
3/4 cup (175ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
1. Place cream, milks and vanilla extract into a large jug and stir to combine. Re-
frigerate in the fridge until cold.
2. Pour mixture into ice cream bowl. Set ice cream maker to desired setting and start
the freezing process.
3. If you don't want to eat the ice cream immediately, transfer the ice cream to a
freezer safe container and store the ice cream for up to 1 week in the freezer.
