cAUtIon: In the event of a loss of System Workstation power, do not AdVAncE tHE
UrEtEroScoPE or Any ProcEdUrAL dEVIcES In tHE WorKInG cHAnnEL WItHoUt
VIEWInG tHE LIVE IMAGE�
Follow these steps to recover from an electrical power loss:
1. Press the Power Button to restart the System Workstation.
2. If the System Workstation fails to power on after the Power Button is pressed, verify that the unit
is plugged into the hospital's electrical outlet, that the Power Cord is plugged into the System
Workstation, AND that the Power Transformer switch is turned ON (the green LED on the Power
Transformer will be lit).
3. Press the Power button to restart the System Workstation.
4. If the System Workstation fails to start, have biomedical personnel verify correct functioning of
the hospital's electrical outlet and restart the System Workstation.
5. If the System Workstation fails to start after the hospital's electrical outlet has been verified,
contact Boston Scientific using the information found in Section 8 "Service and Warranty" for
System Workstation service.

Follow these steps to recover if the System Workstation becomes non-operational:
1. Press the Power button until the System Workstation shuts down.
2. Press the Power button to restart the System Workstation.
3. If the System Workstation fails to start, contact Boston Scientific using the information found in
Section 8 "Service and Warranty" for System Workstation service.

Remove the LithoVue Flexscope. Ensure
the connection terminals are dry and
clean. Ensure the plug on the Flexscope
Cable is properly aligned with the key on
the Workstation Receptacle. Ensure the
plug is fully inserted into the receptacle.
If User Message remains after a repeated
connection, replace the LithoVue Flexscope.
Remove the LithoVue Flexscope. Ensure
the connection terminals are dry and
clean. Ensure the plug on the Flexscope
Cable is properly aligned with the key on
the Workstation Receptacle. Ensure the
plug is fully inserted into the receptacle.
If User Message remains after a repeated
connection, replace the LithoVue Flexscope.
Replace unapproved device with a
LithoVue Flexscope.
