COMPILATION CRITERION
The maintenance sheets follow the compilation diagram below.
It is suggested to use the proposed maintenance sheets (or an equivalent system) in order to maintain a
functional maintenance organisation.
It is essential that the form above is filled in for each maintenance activity, which must then be kept by the person
in charge of maintenance in a specific binder.
The data to be stated on the sheet are:

Date of manufacture
5)
Date of intervention
6)
Type of intervention
7)
Maintenance performed
Operator's signature

9)
Notes (operator intervention notes)
10)
Next intervention date (frequency)

MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS MUST BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE FREQUENCY LISTED IN THE
NEXT CHAPTER.
SINCE THIS IS A HAND-OPERATED PRODUCT, IT IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT TO CARRY OUT
MAINTENANCE AT THE TIMES PRESCRIBED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND TO RECORD
MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES ON THE ABOVE-MENTIONED SHEET OR SIMILAR SYSTEM FOR
TRACEABILITY AND REGISTRATION PURPOSES.
