PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
3.1 PERMITTED - INTENDED USE
The product is for a professional use only in agriculture.
The MASTER electromechanical harvester is a machine designed to make harvesting olives and coffee easier and
more convenient.
The use of these products must only and exclusively be entrusted to trained and authorised personnel with the
professional knowledge and skills to ensure their safe and proper use.
The training and sensitizing of the operator must be entrusted to skilled personnel, capable of developing
qualified theoretical and practical training to enable them to correctly implement all the technical operations and
behaviours that are decisive for their own safety and the safety of persons working in the areas where the
product is used.
Ways of use specified in the manual as incorrect must never be permitted under any circumstances.
Improper use of the product and/or lack of maintenance can lead to serious danger to personnel.
The actions described in this manual as forbidden and not permitted, which obviously cannot cover the whole range
of potential possibilities for "non-permitted use" of the product, are however the most "reasonably" foreseeable ones
and are to be considered absolutely forbidden.
Only use the product from the ground in a safe and stable position, ensuring perfect and stable balance during use
and handling.
It is forbidden to use the product when precariously balanced on surfaces where the risk of slipping is present (for
example on a hill and/or on damp grass, snow, ice, etc.) or any place where it is impossible to maintain a stable
balance (for example on steep slopes).
Avoid working in bad weather conditions, such as fog, heavy rain, strong winds, hailstorms, snow and ice,
thunderstorms (risk of electrocution).
Do not carry out harvesting operations with the arms above shoulder height; in order to avoid incorrect
ergonomic operating conditions, which could cause postural hazards for the operator over time.
CAUTION
•
Any other use has to be considered improper and potentially dangerous for the operators' safety.
This would make any of the Manufacturer's liability and warranty claims void.

If the tool is used for purposes other than those listed, it may be seriously damaged and cause
damage to property and persons.
Any other use, or the extension of the use beyond that intended by the Manufacturer, is prohibited and
does not correspond to the intended purpose of the manufacturer, and therefore the manufacturer
cannot accept any liability for any resulting damage.
3.2 FORBIDDEN USE
The product may only be used for the purposes expressly intended by the manufacturer.
In particular:

do not use the product in environments and for uses other than those described in paragraph 3.1;
-
do not use the product in environments classified as partially or fully flammable or with a risk of
explosion;

do not use the product unless you have been duly trained, informed, instructed and authorised for its
use;
-
do not use the product without complying with the requirements/indications in paragraph 1;
-
do not use the product in breach of the requirements in Chapter 4 'Safety';
-
do not use the product in environmental conditions other than those specified in the manual;
-
do not use the product by connecting tools or combinations other than those provided or intended.

do not use the product in domestic, commercial and/or forestry environments.
Any other use is to be considered improper and prohibited by the manufacturer and therefore potentially
dangerous for the safety of the operator and third parties.
