LH101 setup (device setting)
14.11 Illumination time (from version 2.1)
The illumination time determines the time after which the backlighting
of the display is switched off.
If no more entries are made on the LH101 or LH101R (turning the
rotary knob or pressing a button), the backlighting of the display
switches off after the lighting time has elapsed. As soon as you press
a key or turn the rotary knob, the backlighting is automatically
switched on again.
Times between 10 and 900 seconds can be set in steps of 10
seconds. The factory setting is 30 seconds.
Especially with the LH101R, a short illumination time helps to reduce
battery consumption.
To set the lighting time, proceed as follows:
Action
Turn the knob until the "Sprachauswahl"
option is displayed.
Choose this option by pressing the rotary
knob.
Turn the rotary knob until the "English"
language is displayed.
Press the rotary knob to select the language.
You will see this display for a few seconds,
after which the LH101 will automatically
switch back to locomotive control.
