Unsterile Handhabung sowie unsachgemäße Sterilisation kann zu schweren gesundheitlichen Risiken für den Patienten führen! Instrumente müssen vor erstmaliger Ingebrauchnahme sowie vor jeder weiteren Anwendung gereinigt und sterilisiert werden, siehe Kapitel 4 Aufbereitung, Reinigung, Desinfektion und Sterilisation, Seite 7.

    Gebrauchsanweisung Chirurgische Instrumente HINWEIS Risiko der Beschädigung der Instrumente! Die Verantwortung für die Reinigung, Desinfektion und Sterilisation verwendeter Instrumente liegt beim Betreiber / Produktanwender. Nationale Regelungen, auch Einschränkungen hierzu, müssen unbedingt beachtet werden. Wir empfehlen die in den Kapiteln 4.2 bis 4.8 beschriebenen Verfahren für die Wieder- aufbereitung unserer wiederverwendbaren chirurgischen Instrumente.

    Gebrauchsanweisung Chirurgische Instrumente 4.2.2 Nass- und Trockenentsorgung Nassentsorgung und Trockenentsorgung sind zwei grundsätzlich unterschiedliche Verfahren zur Reinigung. Trockenentsorgung: • Die Instrumente werden nach ihrer Verwendung ohne Desinfektionsmittel oder andere zusätzliche Flüssigkeiten abgelegt und in die ZSVA transportiert. Die Instrumente sollen vor der Trockenentsorgung nicht mit physiologischer Kochsalzlösung gereinigt oder gelagert werden.

    Gebrauchsanweisung Chirurgische Instrumente HINWEIS Chloridhaltige Medien greifen Oberflächen an! Wasser mit einem Chloridgehalt über 120 mg/l kann beim Reinigen die Oberflächen der Instrumente angreifen. Bei einem Chloridgehalt unter 120 mg/l muss die Aufkonzentration beim Antrocknen berücksichtigt werden. HINWEIS Zuverlässige Trocknung sicherstellen! Eine zuverlässige Trocknung ist entscheidend für den Erfolg einer nachfolgenden Sterilisation.

    Gebrauchsanweisung Chirurgische Instrumente Ultraschallbehandlung Zur Reinigung im Ultraschallbad müssen chirurgische Instrumente in geöffnetem Zustand auf reinigungsgerechten Sterilisiersiebschalen / Siebkörben gelagert werden. Da warmes Wasser ohne Zusätze keine befriedigenden Reinigungsergebnisse bringt, muss dem Wasser ein geeignetes Reinigungsmittel zugefügt werden. Die Herstellerangaben hinsichtlich der Konzen- tration und Temperatur der Reinigungslösungen im Ultraschallbecken müssen beachtet werden.

TiNi) und alle Bestandteile aus Titan (siehe Abb. 7-6) können bei Einsatz eines alkalischen Reinigers und / oder eines sauren Neutralisators bereits nach kurzer Zeit eine Materialveränderung aufweisen. Be sure to observe and follow the operating and loading instructions provided by the machine manufacturer.

    Instructions for Use Surgical Instruments 4.2.2 Wet and Dry Disposal “Wet disposal” and “dry disposal” are basically different cleaning procedures. Dry disposal: • Following use in the OR, the instruments are deposited for return to the CSSD in dry condition, without applying a disinfectant or immersing them in a disinfecting solution. So for dry disposal, the instruments are not to be cleaned with or placed in a physiological saline solution.

Water with a chloride content exceeding 120 mg/l can attack the surfaces of your instruments during cleaning. If you use water with a chloride content of less than 120 mg/l, you still need to take the concentration effect during drying into account as well.

    使用说明书 手术仪器 确保可靠的干燥！ 可靠的干燥是后续灭菌能否成功的决定性因素。 手动清洁 仪器在使用后，需参照第 110 页第 1.4 章“到货检验”关于“手术仪器的清洁和灭菌”的提示直接进行消毒和清 洁。为了不额外复杂化消毒和清洁，不得在清洁目标上干燥污物。 同时，请注意以下事项： 手动清洁时所使用的溶液必须按照制造商说明进行使用。 • 清洁针头、盲孔及空心物体时，需使用适合的刷子，以便于清洁到所有位置。 • 使用软的刷子和中性或弱碱性清洁剂清除血和其他残留物。 • 手动清洁时，绝对不可使用金属刷或者金属海绵。 • 为了保证仪器的功能，请确认已经彻底清洁所有移动部件。 • 在关闭和打开状态下清洁铰接仪器。 • 尽可能分解待清洁的仪器。 • 清洁时，需特别注意沟槽、塞栓、末端、细窄针头、盲孔和其他难以进入的区域。 • 手术仪器必须存放在经过清洁的仪器托架上，例如灭菌滤板 / 筛篮上。 • 超声处理 在超声波清洗池中清洁时，手术仪器必须以打开状态放置于可清洁的灭菌滤板 / 筛篮上。因为没有添加剂的热 水无法达到满意的清洁效果，所以必须往水中添加合适的清洁剂。必须注意制造商说明中关于超声波水槽中清 洁溶液的浓度和温度的信息。污染程度过高会影响清洁效果。因此，必须按照制造商说明定期更换清洁溶液。 必须遵守所使用的清洁剂制造商说明上的浸浴时间或超声清洁时间。 原则上，仪器经过超声清洁后应进行冲洗。在经过超声处理后，必须检查仪器松动的部件，必要时重新进行相 应的固定。为了避免水渍，应使用软化水或蒸馏水进行冲洗。...
