  • Page 7 Gebrauchsanweisung KLS Martin GENOS Distraktoren (unsteril) Intraoperative Vorgehensweise Die Schnittführung erfolgt dorsal und lateral über dem jeweiligen Metarkarpale- bzw. Metatar- sale-Knochen. Es wird in die Tiefe präpariert und die Strecksehne dargestellt. Falls bereits bei Flexion des Fingers / der Zehe eine übergroße Spannung besteht, sollte eine z-förmige Strecksehnenverlängerung vorgenommen werden.
  • Page 8 Gebrauchsanweisung KLS Martin GENOS Distraktoren (unsteril) Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der Verriegelungsbolzen (7) des Ak- • tivators korrekt in die Bohrung (8) der Hülse am Distraktor ein- rastet. Ansonsten ist eine sichere Verbindung zwischen Aktivator und Distraktor nicht gewährleistet.
  • Page 9 Gebrauchsanweisung KLS Martin GENOS Distraktoren (unsteril) Gefahr der Körperverletzung Der Distraktor darf sich während der Distraktion nicht verbiegen. • Die zu distrahierenden Knochensegmente müssen vor der Distraktion • mobilisiert werden (Komplettosteotomie). Eine unzureichende Mobilisie- VORSICHT! rung führt zu einer unzulässigen Erhöhung der Kräfte am Distraktor, die ein Verbiegen bzw.

Während der Konsolidierungsphase kann der Aktivator mit Hilfe einer Spezialpinzette abgenommen werden (siehe Seite 4). 2) Bei den Genos MC Distraktoren wird der Aktivator mit Hilfe einer Drahtschneidezange abgetrennt. Hierbei ist darauf zu achten, dass keine Hebelwirkung auf den ver- bleibenden Distraktor ausgeübt wird.

Der Patientenschraubendreher (26-750-25) darf nur bei einem Patienten • angewendet werden! Der Anwender trägt die Verantwortung für die sachgemäße Durchführung des chirurgischen Eingriffs. Die Vermeidung bzw. Reduzierung allgemeiner Risiken bei chirurgischen Eingriffen obliegt dem Anwender.

Dissection is carried out deep to expose the extensor tendon. If finger (or toe) flexion already leads to overtension, Z-shaped extensor tendon lengthening is recommended.

Le tendon extenseur est dégagé par une dissection en profondeur. Si une tension excessive est générée par la seule flexion du doigt / de l’orteil, un allongement en forme de z du tendon extenseur devrait être effectuée.
