    Gebrauchsanweisung ® IXOS Radiusplattensystem Die Implantate sind für den einmaligen Gebrauch und nicht • zur Wiederverwendung konzipiert. Sofern nicht ausdrücklich vermerkt, sind die während der Implantation einzusetzen- den Instrumente wiederverwendbar. Alle marktgängigen Implantate werden unsteril geliefert • und müssen vor dem Einsatz einer angemessenen Auf- bereitung zugeführt werden, siehe Kapitel 10, Seite 17.

Diese Implantate sind ausschließlich für den hier beschriebe- nen Zweck konzipiert und konstruiert. Alle System-Komponenten sind für die einmalige Anwendung und nicht zur Wiederverwendung konzipiert.     Gebrauchsanweisung ® IXOS Radiusplattensystem Schrauben und Pins Alle Schrauben sind im Durchmesser 2,5 mm und in unter- schiedlichen Längen verfügbar, sowohl winkelstabil als auch nicht winkelstabil. Sie sind selbstschneidend, verfügen über eine atraumatische Spitze und ein zweigängiges Gewinde. Alle Pins sind im Durchmesser 2,0 mm und in unterschied- lichen Längen winkelstabil verfügbar.

Warnhinweise und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen Beim intraoperativen Einsatz werden gewindetragende Schrauben mit konischem Kopf in einem vorgegebenen Winkel in den gewindetragenden Löchern der Platte selbst fixiert. Auch ist die Entstehung von Artefakten möglich. Aufbereitung, Reinigung, Desinfektion und Sterilisation Implantat-Systeme sind für eine maschinelle Aufbereitung / thermische Desinfektion geeignet.

    Gebrauchsanweisung ® IXOS Radiusplattensystem Die Sterilisation hat nach einem validierten Dampfsterilisa- tionsverfahren, z. B. in einem Sterilisator gemäß EN 285:2009 und validiert gemäß ISO 17665-1:2006, zu erfolgen. Für fraktioniertes Dampfsterilisationsverfahren muss voll entsalztes oder destilliertes Speisewasser für die Dampf- erzeugung (vgl. EN 285) verwendet werden. Die Sterilisationstemperatur beträgt 134 °C (Einstellung „2 bar”), mindestens 5 min (bei potentieller Prionen- Kontamination: 18 min).
