cause the heating zone (2) to break. Be
careful not to drop the induction hotplate!
There is a risk of injury if the heating zone
(2) is broken!
Be careful when preparing soups and stews.
The weight of the cooking vessel and the
contents together must not exceed 10 kg.
You can damage the induction hotplate by
trying to scrape caramel off it. If you do spill
food containing sugar, remove it imme-
diately before it cools. In general, any food
spillages should be removed immediately.
Do not use abrasive or astringent detergents
or tools which could scratch the surface.
These could damage the heating zone (2).
The induction hotplate has non-slip plastic
feet. If necessary, place something
underneath the appliance, as work-surfaces
are sometimes treated with detergents which
could attack or even dissolve the plastic feet.
