POSSIblE CAUSES
• Dirty welding bar contacts.
• Discontinued welding bar contacts. • Restore connection (contact your service centre).
• Sealing bar wire broken.
• Sealing bar fuse blown.
• Seal bag perforated.
• Sealing bar dirty.
• Sealing time insufficient for basic
bag weight.
• Teflon cover worn.
• Gas percentage is too high (close to
70%) with respect to the packaged
product.
• Silicone worn.
• Gas flushing time insufficient.
• Gas cylinder pressure Insufficient.
• Gas nozzle not inserted in bag
mouth.
• Cylinder valve or pressure reducer
closed.
• Gas percentage too high.
• Product with high liquid part
packed at an excessively high tem-
perature.
• Lid seal leaking or leakage in the
vacuum circuit.
• Vacuum sensor disconnected,
blocked or damaged.
• Gas canister empty, gas regula-
tor valve closed, blockage of the
connection pipe.
• Reaching of the maximum thresh-
old of cycles that can be performed
before the oil change.
• Electrical failure of the sealing bar
(faulty fuse or electrical contact).
• Overheating of the pump or of the
sealing bar.
SOlUTION
• Clean contacts.
• Change wire. (Contact a Service Centre).
• Change PF2 fuse on power board.
• Change seal bag.
• Clean sealing bar.
• Increase sealing time using "SEAL" parameter.
• Change Teflon cover.
• Reduce gas percentage.
• Change silicone.
• Increase gas percentage using "GAS" key.
• Adjust pressure on cylinder reducer to 1 bar.
• Reposition bag by inserting gas nozzle in the bag
mouth.
• Open cylinder valves and adjust pressure reducer
to 1.0 bar.
• Decrease the percentage of gas by changing the
"GAS" parameter
• Reposition then create vacuum by pressing slightly
on the lid.
• Reduce the temperature of the product.
• Contact the service centre
• Work with one of the 20 user programs and contact
the service centre.
• Restore the gas flow.
• Check the condition of the oil; where necessary
change the pump oil (contact the service centre).
• Contact the service centre
• Allow the machine to cool. If upon restart, the alarm
recurs, contact the service centre.
