9.5 PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION: PRE-SET PROGRAMS

When you use the pre-set programs with gas option enabled, make sure the food gas system is present and connected
as described in Chapter 7 – section 6. To choose the correct mixture, consult your usual gas supplier.
Proceed as follows:
1) Select the desired program with the UP/DOWN buttons:

2) Program the sealing if a value other than the default setting is required:

Select the pre-set program required.
Enter programming mode by pressing PROG for 3 seconds.
2 The display shows SEALING associated with the default value or with the value
set previously.
3 Press PROG briefly to select SEALING.
Change the value. A number of LEDs that are proportional to the sealing value

are activated/deactivated
5 Confirm the value with PROG or exit programming with STOP.
3) lower the lid to start the cycle; at the end of the cycle the lid opens automatically.
4) Interruption of the cycle: pressing the STOP button at any time, the machine immediately stops the cycle and the
chamber is decompressed.
