9.10 PROGRAMMING AND OPERATAION: PUMP fUNCTION (CUISSON 61)
In the Cuisson 61 model, the pump function is useful when continued use of the machine is intended: operating continu-
ously, the pump increases productivity while maintaining a functional temperature that is always optimal.
Proceed as follows:
1) Press the "PUMP" key for 3 seconds. The function is enabled with starting of the pump.
All the functions remain set according to the program used.
The phases follow afterwards normally with the pump that remains activated.
2) Pressing the "PUMP" key again for 3 seconds, the function is disabled.
If no cycle is activated for 15 minutes, the function is automatically disabled.
In the Cuisson 61 models with special vacuum pump with capacity of 150 cubic metres/h, the "pump
function" is automatically activated at the end of the first cycle: that is, the vacuum pump will continue
to run for another 60 seconds, after which, without a new cycle having been activated, it switches off. For
the next cycle, the automated system will be repeated. This feature, only present for the model shown
above, is a prompt to remember to work with the "pump function" active because this function enables a signifi-
cant increase in performance and duration of the 150 m³/h pump.

9.11 PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION: PUMP OIl DEhUMIDIfICATION CyClE

The cycle lasts 20 minutes and must be run weekly or more often in accordance with machine use.
Proceed as follows:
1) Select the "h OUT" program. "h

2) lower the lid within 25 seconds following the activation. The cycle is activated. The LEDs indicate operation until
the total time of the cycle (20 minutes) elapses.
3) At the end of the cycle, the machine returns to idle mode. It is ready for a normal operation cycle according to the
set program.
4) Stopping the cycle in advance: the dehumidification cycle can be interrupted at any time
by pressing the "STOP" button.
