7) Connect the compressed air for additional sealing pressure
(only Cuisson 61).
Fasten the compressed air pipe to the relative compressed air attachment
on the rear side of the machine and tighten it with pipe clamps.
Only use clean and dry air.
Adjust the pressure to the maximum value of 1 bar.
8) Perform the preliminary cleaning operations of the vacuum chamber and
the lid.
The machines have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before being
shipped. However, we recommend them to be cleaned once again in order
to remove possible contaminants deposited though accidental contact with
sources of risk after the machine has been unpacked.
Clean the vacuum chamber and lid with a soft cloth dampened with drinking
water. It is recommended not to use aggressive detergents, steel wool, scrapers
or abrasive, acidic or aggressive substances, which could irreparably damage
the internal surfaces of the vacuum chamber. Once cleaned, rinse thoroughly
with a soft cloth dampned with drinking water.
• Tilt the lid backwards (fig. 1).
• Remove the panels (fig. 2).
• Remove the sealing bar holding it on both sides and lifting it horizontally
(fig. 3).
• Remove the under-bar bearing (fig. 4).
• Close the opening with the relative cap (fig. 5).
• Clean the tank and lid and then dry them well (fig. 6).
