Description of
timing
operations:
since coils
are
directly
fitted on crankcase, timing check is
limited
to
the
verification that contact breaker
points
opening
with
the correct spark advance.
For
checking the timing act as follows:
1)
- Mount the indexing fixt.

(tool T. 0030259)
in
place
of
the sparking plug and anchor to the
crankshaft
the
graduated disc
"C" (drg.
T. 0023465).
by
means
of the special nut.
Apply
the
apparatus
"D" (tool
T. 0027533, which
function
with
220 V a. c.).

beschrankt
sich die Kontrolle der.
Zundeinstellung
auf der
Nachprufung, daB
die
Offnung
der
Unterbrecher-
kontakte mit
der
richtigen Verstellung beginnt.
Zur Prufung und Einstellung
verfi:ihrt
man wie
nachstehend
aufgefUhrt:
1} -
Den Zeiger
"A"
(Werkzeug T. 0030259}
an Stelle
der Zundkerze
einschrauben und die
Gradscheibe
" C"
(Werkzeug
T. 0023465) unmittelbar
auf der
Kurbelwelle
mittels der entsprechender
Bundmutter
befestigen
.
Controle calage
moteur:
Puisque les bobines sont
montees directement
sur
le
carter, le
contr61e du
calage est
limite
a
verifier
que
l'ouverture
des
contacts
du rupteur
commence
avec l'avance
a
l'allumage correct.
Pour le
contr61e
et le
reglage,
proceder
comme suit:
1)
-
Monter l'indicateur
"A"
(outil
T.
0030259)
au lieu
de la
bougie
et
fixer
sur
le
vilebrequin,
avec l'ecrou
a
embase
prevu
a
cet effet, le disque gradue
"C" (dess.
T.
0023465).
Poser
l'appareil
" D"
(outil
T.
0027533
qui fonctionne
en courant alternatif
a
220V).
