Consequently it is very
important
to positively
reconnect each cable to the corresponding tag
when the
cables
have been
dismant led
or
disconnected,
respecting the different colours (see
fig. 16}; on this
purpose
consult the electrical
diagrams of
the "operation
and
Maintenance"
Manuals.

Checkings to be carried
out in the
case of
troubles
on the ignition.
In the case of a defective
ignition,
which grounds
cannot be immed
iately
located with an
inspection
at first sight, first replace the electronic contro
l
box
with a corresponding one in perfect
condition.
The
disconnecting and connect ing operations for the
replacement of the electronic control box
should
be
carried
out with
the engine cut-out.
If the replacement restores the
ignition,
the anomaly
is to be found on the electronic
control
box that
should be obviously replaced.
If the ign ition is
faulty
check the generator and the
component
parts of
the
backplate
as follows:
Inspect at first
sight
conn
ections,
backplate and
couplings;
then
by means of an ohmmeter that can
measure resistances
from
1
up
to 1000 ohms verify
the charge coil and the
pick-up
as
follows:
Connect
the tester
between the green cable and the
white one
(in
fig.
17):
it should be measured
continuity
and
an ohmic value
(430±
30 ohms).

Es ist deshalb
notwendig
und wichtig, bei Kontroll-
arbeiten oder
Kabellosung,
beim Einbau jedes
Kabel
an der entsprechenden Klemme korrekt zu befesti-
gen,
und
die entsprechenden Farben zu beachten.

16).
B) AuszufUhrende
Kontrolle, wenn die Zl.indung
nicht regelmassig funktioniert.
Wenn
die
Zundung schlecht oder garnicht funktio-
niert, und wenn dessen Grunde nicht sofort zu
ermitteln
sind, die Elektronik abbauen und mit einer
anderen,
die
sicher
einwandfrei
funktioniert, er-
setzen.
Dabei
beachten,
dass der
Motor ausgeschal-
tet
ist.
Funktioniert
jetzt
die Zundung einwandfrei, so ist die
Storung
der Elektronik
zuzuschreiben und muBt
diese selbstverstandlich ausgetauscht
werden.
Fu nktioniert die Zundung trotzdem
nicht,
ist es
notig,
folgende Kontrollen
vorzunehmen: Verbin-
du ngen,
Ankerplatte
und Stecker auf sichtbare
Mangel
prufen. Mit einem Widerstand van 1
bis
1000
Ohm
geeignetem Ohmmeter, Ladespule und
"Pick-
Up" wie
folgt
prufen:

electronique

doit etre evidemment remplace.
Dans le cas ou le non - fonctionnement persiste,
effectuer, apres
un
examen
a
vue
des
connexions
et
du stator, des
mesures sur
la
bobine
de
charge
et sur
le
capteur avec un ohmmetre
qui
peut
mesurer
entre
1 et 1000 ohm, com me suit:
Brancher l'ohmmetre entre
le
cable vert et
le
cable
blanc (Fig. 17):

marquer la
conti-
nuite du
circuit en
mesurant une valeur ohmique
de

30 ohm). Brancher !'instrument entre
