When the START and SETUP buttons are pressed simultaneously for 2 seconds, the message on the display is reset.
ATTENTION:
Resetting F16 without having replaced the Rope/Tape can lead to breakage of the Rope/Tape.
Before removing the Rope/Tape pulley, remove the indicator from the silo to prevent the sensor weight from falling
inside.

INDICATIONS
The motor does not rotate when
activated. Check the rope/tape winder
pulley sensors
The difference between the upward and
downward movements is too great.
Check the rope/tape winder pulley
sensors
Motor running but the upper stop
position is never reached. Check the
sensors on the Rope/tape and on the
return pulley lever.
The return pulley and the Rope/Tape
winder pulley move in different
directions. Check the rope/tape pulley
sensors
Supply voltage drops during operation
The total measurement cycles have
reached 90% of the Rope/Tape lifetime.

ACTIONS OF DEVICE
If possible, the sensor weight will ascend
to its "upper stop position"
The motor moves upwards for 4
seconds, then waits for 10 seconds. The
motor is then activated downwards
briefly and then upwards again. If the
sensor weight is still jammed, this cycle
is repeated 5 times. The cycle will then
be repeated with a delay of one hour.
Motor moves upwards. If the upper stop
position is not reached after a certain
period of time, the motor stops.
Motor direction is selected, so the
sensor weight moves upwards until the
upper stop position is reached.
Sensor weight moves to the upper stop
position

SOLUTIONS
Replace motor or electronic
controller board
Release the sensor weight. Make
sure the sensor weight can move
freely.
Repair the Rope/Tape breakage.
Check to make sure Rope/Tape
maintenance has been carried
out correctly. Check to see if
there is possibility of the sensor
weight getting buried in the
material.
Check to see if the rope/tape is
too short with respect to the
minimum safety setting. Check to
see if rope/tape is jammed in the
winding pulley and wound in the
wrong direction.
Supply sufficient current
according to the technical
specifications.
Change Rope/tape
Change electric motor
