1)STORAGE PRIOR TO INSTAL-
LATION
- For correct storage of the ma-
chine for long shutdowns, the
inner parts must be cleaned and
the machined parts must be pro-
tected.
- Avoid damp, salty environments,
if possible.
- Place the equipment on wood-
en platforms and store them pro-
tected from unfavourable weath-
er conditions.
2)PROLONGED MACHINE SHUT-
DOWNS AFTER ASSEMBLY
- Before starting up the machine,
set it in safety status.
- Before starting up the machine,
check the condition of the elec-
tric and all parts for which long
shutdowns may affect working.
3) POSSIBLE REUSE AFTER PE-
RIODS OF INACTIVITY
- During machine halts, avoid
damp, salty environments
- Place the equipment on wood-
en platforms and store it protect-
ed from unfavourable weather
conditions.
- Set the machine in safety status
before starting it up.
- Before starting up the machine,
check the condition of the elec-
tric and pneumatic systems and
all parts for which long shut-
downs may affect working.
- Before using the machine carry
out a complete cleaning cycle
in accordance with the indica-
tions in the powder safety sheet.
- If the machine operates in con-
ditions and with materials dif-
ferent from the previous appli-
cation, check the compatibility
of this use according to the in-
dications in the INDICATIONS
FOR USE section.

1) EINLAGERUNG VOR DEM
EINBAU
- Um die Maschine für eine Zeit
der Nichtbenutzung korrekt auf
Lager halten zu können, muss
man die internen Teile sorgfäl-
tig reinigen und die verarbeite-
ten Teile schützen.
- Feuchte und salzhaltige Luft für
die Einlagerung vermeiden.
- Das Gerät auf eine Holzpalette
setzen und vor Witterung schüt-
zen.
2) LÄNGERE BETRIEBSRUHE
NACH DEM EINBAU
- Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist das
Gerät in einen sicheren Zustand
zu bringen.
- Vor der Inbetriebnahme des
Geräts die elektrische und alle
Teile, deren Funktionstüchtig-
keit die bei einem längeren
Stillstand in Frage gestellt wer-
den könnte, prüfen.
3) MÖGLICHE WIEDERVERWEN-
DUNG NACH EINEM LÄNGE-
REN STILLSTAND
- Während des Stillstands des
Gerätes Räume mit feuchter und
salzhaltiger Luft vermeiden.
- Das Gerät auf eine Holzpalette
setzen und vor Witterung schüt-
zen.
- Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist das
Gerät in einen sicheren Zustand
zu bringen.
- Vor der Inbetriebnahme des
Gerätes die elektrische und
pneumatische Anlage und alle
Teile, deren Funktionstüchtig-
keit die bei einem längeren
Stillstand in Frage gestellt wer-
den könnte, prüfen.
- Vor der Inbetriebnahme der
Maschine einen vollständigen
Reinigungszyklus ausführen,
wobei man beachtet, was auf
dem Sicherheitsdatenblatt der
Stäube steht.
- Wenn das Gerät unter Bedin-
gungen oder mit Material be-
trieben wird, das vom vorheri-
gen Einsatz abweicht, ist die
Verträglichkeit für den neuen
Einsatz mit den BE-
DIENSUNGSANLEITUNG zu
vergleichen.
4) LÄNGERE LAGERUNG

toyer soigneusement les parties
internes et protéger les parties
usinées.
- Si possible éviter les locaux
humides et les saumâtres
- Placer l'équipement sur des pa-
lettes en bois et les ranger à
l'abri des intempéries.
2) ARRÊT MACHINE PROLONGÉ
APRÈS LE MONTAGE
- Avant la mise en service, met-
tre la machine en sécurité.
- Avant la mise en service de la
machine contrôler l'intégrité de
l'équipement électrique et de
toutes les parties pour lesquel-
les un arrêt prolongé pourrait
compromettre le fonctionne-
ment.
3) RÉ-UTILISATION APRÈS UNE
PÉRIODE D'INACTIVITÉ
- Pendant la période d'inactivité
de la machine éviter les locaux
humides et saumâtres
- Placer l'équipement sur des pa-
lettes en bois et les ranger à
l'abri des intempéries.
- Prima della messa in servizio
- Avant la mise en service, met-
tre la machine en sécurité.
- Avant la mise en service de la
machine contrôler l'intégrité de
l'équipement électrique et de
toutes les parties pour lesquel-
les un arrêt prolongé pourrait
compromettre le fonctionne-
ment.
- Avant la mise en service de la
machine effectuer un cycle com-
plet de nettoyage en respectant
les indications figurant sur la fi-
che de sécurité de la poudre.
- Si la machine travaille dans des
conditions et avec des matières
différentes de l'application pré-
cédente, vérifier la compatibi-
lité de cette utilisation d'après
ce qui est indiqué dans la sec-
tion MODE D'EMPLOI.
4) EMMAGASINAGE DE LA MA-
CHINE POUR DES PERIODES
PROLONGEES
Pour emmagasiner correctement
la machine pendant une période
d'inactivité il faut nettoyer soi-
gneusement les parties internes

- Per immagazzinare corretta-
mente la macchina per un peri-
odo di inattività bisogna pulire
accuratamente le parti interne
e proteggere le parti lavorate.
- Evitare possibilmente ambienti
umidi e salmastri.
- Sistemare l'attrezzatura su pe-
dane di legno e locarle al ripa-
ro dalle intemperie.
2) FERMO MACCHINA PROLUN-
GATO DOPO IL MONTAGGIO
- Prima della messa in servizio
mettere in sicurezza la macchi-
na
- Prima della messa in servizio
della macchina controllare l'in-
tegrità dell'impianto elettrico e
di tutte le parti per le quali un
prolungato arresto potrebbe
compromettere la funzionalità.
3)POSSIBILE REIMPIEGO
DOPO PERIODO DI INATTIVITA'
- Durante il fermo macchina evi-
tare ambienti umidi e salmastri.
- Sistemare l'attrezzatura su pe-
dane di legno e locarle al ripa-
ro dalle intemperie.
- Prima della messa in servizio
mettere in sicurezza la macchi-
na
- Prima della messa in servizio
della macchina controllare l'in-
tegrità dell'impianto elettrico,
pneumatico, e delle parti per le
quali un prolungato arresto po-
trebbe compromettere la fun-
zionalità.
- Prima della messa in servizio
della macchina eseguire un ci-
clo completo di pulizia rispet-
tando quanto riportato sulla
scheda di sicurezza della pol-
vere.
- Se la macchina opera in condi-
zioni e con materiali diversi dal-
l'applicazione precedente, ve-
rificare la compatibilità di tale
utilizzo secondo quanto ripor-
tato nel sezione INDICAZIONE
PER L'USO.
4) IMMAGAZZINAGGIO DELLA
MACCHINA PER PERIODO PRO-
LUNGATO
Per immagazzinare correttamen-
te la macchina per un periodo di
inattività bisogna pulire accura-
tamente le parti interne.
