DIAGNOSTICS:
MAINTENANCE
- The diagnostics errors are displayed by a flashing red LED. Relay 4 indicates "MAINTENANCE" if programmed.
- The signals enable preventive maintenance. The consideration of the signal helps to prevent possible loss of the weight inside the
silo.
- The diagnostics errors allow the possibility of being able to continue with measurements with the level indicator.

When the START button is pressed, the message on the display may be reset.
If a number of messages are present, the one with the lowest number will be displayed. After reset by means of the START button,
the next message will be displayed.
ATTENTION:
Before removing the Rope/Tape pulley, remove the indicator from the silo to prevent the sensor weight from falling
inside.

The message is displayed, and the
measurements can continue. If the following 5
measurement cycles are valid, the message will
disappear automatically
The unit makes five start up attempts. If the
sensor weight is not released during this period,
the message is displayed. If the sensor weight is
released after a new measurement start, the
message will disappear automatically.
The total measurement cycles have reached 70%
of Rope/Tape lifetime. To ensure faultless
performance, we strongly recommend
replacement of the Rope/Tape. After the
message is reset, the internal counter of the
rope/tape is reset at 0. If the message is not
reset, the device will continue measurement until
90% of the rope/tape lifetime is reached. The
fault error F16 will then be displayed
The actual run time has reached 70% of the
motor lifetime. To ensure faultless performance,
we strongly recommend replacement of the
electric motor. After the message is reset, the
internal counter of the motor is reset to 0 hours. If
the message is not reset, the device will continue
measurement until 90% of the motor lifetime is
reached. The fault error F17 will then be
displayed
