USE AND OPERATION
To use this function, the oven must be connected to a wired
Ethernet network, which has a DHCP-enabled server on the
subnet, and which allows access to the Internet.
In addition, the oven date and time must be set correctly.
An IoT-connected oven is associated with a user, and starts
transmitting its operating status in real time via the Internet.
HACCP data (cooking and washing history) are stored on
the Angelo Po server and can be consulted online at any
time.
The current status of the oven (such as operating mode, co-
oking mode, temperature, remaining time, core probe tem-
perature...) is transmitted in real time and can be viewed in
the "real-time" section of the device.
It is also possible to set the notifi cations (via e-mail or SMS)
that will be sent to the set users if the oven goes into alarm
status.
Proceed as follows.
1) On the main menu screen, press the icon to access the
"IoT" function.
The following screen appears on the display.
This screen allows you to:
– Register user data.
–
Login.
– Register the oven.
– Delete factory data.
– Display KPI
– Read the GDPR
– Read the data processing info.
