USE AND OPERATION
SEMIAUTOMATIC CLEANING
IMPORTANT: For demi-automatic washes, DUAL
POWER PEARLS detergents and CAL-PEARLS descalers
are recommended for the best cleaning of the cooking
chamber, as they easily remove even the most stubborn
dirt.
ATTENTION: The use of detergents and descalers
not recommended by Angelo Po may lead to risks of che-
mical contamination of the cooking chamber after wa-
shing, as well as damaging the fi nish of surfaces and re-
ducing the lifetime of oven components.
Proceed as follows.
1) On the main menu screen, press the icon to access the
" Cleaning ".
The following screen appears on the display
IMPORTANT:Before starting the washing, remo-
ve any baking trays, gratings, grease fi lter (FGX if fi tted)
or other containers from the cooking chamber. Running
a washing with a baking tray inside the cooking chamber
hampers the fi nal result.
Before starting the washing program, check that there
are no solid food residues more than 1 cm in size inside
the cooking chamber.

IMPORTANT: Never remove the fi lter from the bot-
tom of the cooking chamber. Any solid food residue could
clog the drain or damage the oven's washing system.
2) Select the required wash cycle.
The following screen appears on the display.
3) Press the icon to start the wash cycle.

IMPORTANT: For all washing programs which in-
clude the letter "S" in the top left, the operator must be
present until the chemical is added.
