USE AND OPERATION
HACCP DATA
Proceed as follows.
1) On the main menu screen, press the icon to access the "
HACCP data " function.
The following screen appears on the display.
Options available on this screen: display of the HACCP
data of the cooking processes only, the alarms which
have occurred or both (cooking processes+alarms), the
wash cycles performed, the preheating phases, the com-
pleted cooking phases and the holding phases.
The data acquired on the current date, the last 30 acquisi-
tions or the data of a given date can also be displayed.
