TECHNICAL INFORMATION
– The oven (referred to below as the appliance), is designed and constructed to cook foods in the pro-
fessional catering sector and must not be used for mass production.
– Its functions are controlled by an electronic control board allowing setting of the cooking modes
(convection, steam, combination) and the functions provided to allow more uniform cooking.
– The appliance is produced in several versions to meet varying user requirements (see diagram).
