1) Press the three dots in the top right corner to select the
function to be deleted.
2) Select "Delete" to delete the function.

DATA LOADING/UNLOADING
Proceed as follows.
1) On the main menu screen, press the icon to access the
"upload/download Data" function.
The following screen appears on the display.
2) Insert a USB key and press OK .
This screen allows you to:
– load cooking programs or cooking data from a memory
unit outside to the oven.
– download cooking programs or cooking data from the
oven to an external memory unit.
– download the HACCP data of cooking alone, of the trig-
gered alarms or of both (cooking+alarms).
– Eject the USB stick correctly.
NOTE: To avoid data loss before removing the
USB stick, always press the "Eject Stick" button.
