5. Plasser de blandede lysatrørene på 3M Varmeblokkinnsats for molekylær deteksjon og varm ved 100 ± 1 °C i 5 ± 1
minutter.
6. Fjern det utildekkede stativet med LS-rør fra varmeblokken og la det avkjøles i 3M Kjøleblokkinnsats for molekylær
deteksjon i minst 5 minutter og maksimum 10 minutter.
7. Fortsett protokollen ved «Amplifikasjon»-delen beskrevet ovenfor.
