In the case that the idle speed is
irregular, use the throttle grip
«7» turning it slightly and fre-
quently.
If the engine does not start up
Wait a few seconds and repeat the pro-
cedure of STARTING IN THE COLD.
•
If necessary, remove the spark
plug and check that it is not wet.
•
If the spark plug is wet, clean
and dry it.
Before repositioning it:
NOTE
PLACE A CLEAN CLOTH ON THE
CYLINDER NEXT TO THE SPARK
PLUG SEAT TO PROTECT IT FROM
POSSIBLE OIL SPLASHES.
•
Press the start up button «4»
and allow the starter motor to
work for about five seconds
without accelerating.

Si le moteur démarre
•
Relâcher la poignée d'accéléra-
teur «7».
•
Si le ralenti s'avère instable, agir
sur la poignée d'accélérateur
«7» par de petites et fréquentes
rotations.
Si le moteur ne démarre pas
Attendre quelques secondes et refaire la
procédure de DÉMARRAGE À FROID.
•
Éventuellement retirer la bougie
et contrôler qu'elle n'est pas hu-
mide.
•
Si la bougie est humide, la net-
toyer et la sécher.
Avant de la remonter :

PLACER UN CHIFFON PROPRE SUR
LE CYLINDRE, À PROXIMITÉ DU LO-
GEMENT DE LA BOUGIE, COMME
PROTECTION CONTRE LES ÉVEN-
TUELLES ÉCLABOUSSURES D'HUI-
LE.
•
Appuyer sur le bouton de dé-
marrage «4» et faire tourner le
démarreur pendant environ cinq
secondes, sans accélérer.
DÉMARRAGE APRÈS UNE LONGUE
INACTIVITÉ
Si le véhicule est resté longtemps inactif,
il est possible qu'il ait des difficultés à dé-
marrer dans la mesure où le circuit d'ali-
