[SENSe:]{FREQuency|PERiod}:APERture? [{MIN|MAX|DEF}]
Sets the aperture time (gate time) for frequency and period measurements.
This parameter is shared between frequency and period measurements. Setting or querying the parameter
with the FREQuency version of this command is identical to setting or querying it with the PERiod version.
Parameter
{1 ms|10 ms|100 ms|1 s}. Default: 100 ms.
Configure frequency measurements using a 1 s aperture, make a measurement, and return the result:

The 1 ms aperture applies only to the 34465A and 34470A.
