Serve per troncare, sezionare, sfilare,
squadrare pannelli o legno a 90° e 45°.
TRONCARE: con il carrello scorrevole,
bloccando il legno con il premilegno 1
SEZIONARE: con o senza carrello
SFILARE: alla fine del taglio usare lo
spingilegno pos. 2
SQUADRATURA: si usa il carrello per
taglio a 45°, si usa il carrello a riga
inclinata per eseguire tagli a 45° di testa.
TAGLIO CON LAMA A 90° e A 45°:
sollevare la lama al massimo con le leva
pos. 3, inclinare la lama per mezzo del
volantino pos. 5 e leggere l'inclinazione
dell'indice pos. 7 sulla targa pos. 6 e
bloccarla con la maniglia pos. 4. Per un
buon lavoro, tenere la lama 3-5 mm più
alta del pezzo in lavorazione.
I diametri delle lame dovranno essere
240÷250 mm. per la lama sega, e 80÷90
per l'incisore
La lama dovrà avere un foro centrale di
30 mm, e l'incisore di 22mm.
Si ricorda di usare esclusivamente
utensili a norme EN 847.1.
Per ottenere un buon taglio è necessario
che almeno 2÷3 denti lavorino
contemporaneamente nello spessore
del pezzo in lavorazione. Lavorando con
un solo dente non si otterrà un buon
grado di finitura.

metallici (p.e. chiodi);
lavorare solo con le protezioni

This shears, cuts, trims and squares
panels or wood at 90° and 45°.
SHEARING: with the sliding carriage,
blocking the wood with wood pusher 1
CUTTING: with or without carriage
TRIMMING: at the end of the cut use the
wood pusher pos. 2
SQUARING: use the carriage for 45°
cuts. Use the angled rule carriage for
making 45° head cuts.
CUTTING WITH BLADE AT 90° and
45°: raise the blade as far as it will go by
means of lever pos. 3, tilt the blade by
means of handwheel pos. 5 and read
the angle on index pos. 7 on plate pos.
6, then block in position by means of
handle pos. 4.
For best results, keep the blade 3-5 mm
higher than the workpiece.
Blade diameters must be 240÷250 mm.
for the saw blade, and 80÷90 for the
scorer
The blade must feature a 30 mm centre
hole, and the scorer of 22mm.
Only ever use EN 847.1 standard tools.
To achieve a good cut, at least 2÷3
teeth must work at the same time on the
thickness of the workpiece. If only one
tooth is used, the finish will not be
satisfactory.

Pour tronçonner, sectionner, scier des
panneaux ou du bois à 90° et 45°.
TRONCONNER: avec le chariot
coulissant en bloquant le bois avec le
presse-bois 1
SECTIONNER: avec ou sans chariot
SFILARE: à la fin de la découpe, utiliser
le poussoir pos.2
SCIER: utiliser le chariot pour les
coupes à 45°. Le chariot à règle incliné
sert à exécuter les coupes à 45° de tête.
COUPE AVEC LAME A 90° et A 45°:
soulever la lame au maximum avec le
levier pos.3, incliner la lame au moyen
du volant pos.5 et lire l'inclinaison de
l'index pos.7 sur la plaquette pos.6; la
bloquer avec le bouton pos.4. Pour
obtenir un bon travail, tenir la lame 3 ou
5 mm plus haut que la pièce.
Les diamètres des lames devront être
de 240÷250 mm , et 80÷90 pour l'
inciseur. La lame devra avoir un alésage
central de 30 mm, et l'inciseur 22mm.
Utiliser exclusivement des outils aux
normes EN 847.1. Pour un bon résultat,
il faut que 2 ou 3 dents au moins
travaillent simultanément dans
l'épaisseur de la pièce. Le niveau de fini
ne sera pas satisfaisants une seule des
dents travaille.

Sirve para tronzar, cortar, refilar,
escuadrar tableros o madera a 90° y
45°.
TRONZAR: con el carro corredero,
bloqueando la madera con el prensor de
madera 1
SECCIONAR: con o sin carro
REFILAR: al final del corte use el
empujador pos. 2
ESCUADRADO: se usa el carro para
corte a 45°, se usa el carro con regla
inclinada para hacer cortes a 45° de
cabeza.
CORTE CON HOJA A 90° y A 45°:
levante la hoja al máximo con la palanca
pos. 3, incline la hoja con el volante pos.
5 y lea la inclinación en la aguja del
indicador métrico pos. 7 en la placa pos.
6, bloquee la hoja con la manilla pos. 4.
Para un buen trabajo, tenga la hoja
unos 3-5 mm más alta que la pieza.
Los diámetros de las hojas deberán ser
de 240÷250 mm. para la hoja sierra, y
80÷90 para el grabador. La hoja deberá
tener un orificio central de 30 mm, y el
grabador de 22mm. Se recuerda que
hay que usar exclusivamente
herramientas en conformidad con las
normas EN 847.1. Para obtener un buen
corte es necessario que al menos 2 ó 3
dientes trabajen simultáneamente. Si se
trabaja con un único diente, no se
obtendrá un buen grado de acabado.
