1.8 - USO PREVISTO
E' bene ricordarsi che con l'uso di
qualsiasi macchina utensile, si può
incorrere in rischi o pericoli, eliminabili
se la macchina viene usata sempre con
accortezza e con i ripari e i dispositivi di
sicurezza sempre efficienti.
Le nostre macchine sono state costruite
in modo da offrirvi la massima sicurezza
dando le migliori prestazioni.
Le lavorazioni permesse sono:
piallatura inferiore (pialla spessore)

troncatura (sega circolare+incisore)

squadratura (sega con carro)
-
profilatura e contornatura (toupie)
-
mortasatrice (cavatrice a punta)

I materiali lavorabili sono i seguenti:
tutti i tipi di legno

derivati (multistrati, compensati,

truciolari)
pannelli in MDF

La macchina non è predisposta per l'uso
di un trascinatore
1.9 - USO VIETATO
Le lavorazioni vietate sono tutte quelle
operazioni eseguite senza l'utilizzo delle
protezioni, quelle improprie, non
autorizzate dalla DITTA
Descrizione lavorazioni vietate:
tagli o lavorazione di materiali
-
ferrosi o altri tipo plexiglas, gomme
morbide, cartacei o di altri materiali
fondenti a basse temperature, etc.
lavorazione con coltelli rotti,
-
scheggiati, squilibrati o di
dimensioni superiori a quelle
permesse.

piallatura con coltelli rotti o mancanti
-
lavorazioni di taglio o fresatura con
utensili di diametro superiore a
quelli consentiti (vedi dati tecnici)
-
usare solo utensili conformi alla
norma UNI EN 847-1 adatti per il
tipo di materiale da lavorare, gli
utensili per la toupie devono essere
assolutamente del tipo ad
avanzamento manuale (marcati
MAN)
E' inoltre vietato apportare qualsiasi
modi-fica alla macchina (o protezione)
senza l'autorizzazione del costruttore
pena la validità della garanzia e della
certificazione CE
E' vietato l'uso della macchina a
personale non idoneo (persone portatrici
di Handicap grave).
1.8 -INTENDED USE

with plastic materials).

The machine is not set for use of a
power feeder
1.9 -UNINTENDED USE
Unintended use includes all operations
performed with guards, improper use
and uses not authorised by firm builder.
UNINTEDED OPERATIONS:
-
-cutting and working ferrous or other
types of materials like plexiglas, soft
rubber, paper or other materials that
melt at low temperatures, etc.
working with broken, chipped,
-
unbalanced knives or knives larger
than intended.

It's necessary to use only tools

conform the norm UNI EN 847-1
and suitable for the type of material
tobe worked; the tools for the
spindle moulder must be those with
manual feeding (marked MAN)
Making alterations to the machine (or
guards) without the manufacturer's prior
permission is also forbidden, penalty the
invalidity of the warranty and CE
certification.
The machine must not be used by
unsuitable persons (people with serious
disabilities).
