4.0 - SICUREZZA PERICOLI
PROTEZIONI
4.1 - PRECAUZIONI, CRITERI
D'IMPIEGO
E' bene ricordarsi sempre che con l'uso
di qualsiasi macchina, si può incorrere in
rischi o pericoli, eliminabili se la acchina
viene usata con accortezza, mantenendo
i dispositivi di sicurezza e i ripari sempre in
efficienza.
Si consiglia di leggere attentamente, le
istruzioni riportate in questo libretto, prima di
usare la macchina.
Per un corretto uso della macchina, è
opportuno rispettare le seguenti regole:

Lavorare solamente con tutte le
protezioni al loro posto ed in perfetta
efficienza.
-
Leggere e seguire attentamente le
istruzioni riportate sul presente manuale
di istruzione per l'installazione, l'uso e la
manutenzione, fornito insieme alla
macchina.
-
Leggere e rispettare tutti gli avvertimenti
riportati sul manuale sotto la parola
"ATTENZIONE".
-
E' necessario arrestare la macchina,
provvedendo ad avvertire chi di
competenza, se si verificano guasti o
prestazioni anomale (ad esempio rumori
sospetti, movimenti errati o improvvisi).
Fermare completamente la macchina,
-
prima di procedere alla sua pulizia, al
cambio dei coltelli o di qualsiasi
operazione di manutenzione, utilizzando
l'interruttore lucchettabile generale.
-
Non usare acqua per spegnere incendi
su quadri o apparecchiature elettriche.
-
Stabilire un programma regolare di
ispezione e manutenzione della
macchina.
-
Controllare regolarmente il
funzionamento dei sensori e dei
dispositivi di sicurezza.
-
Calzare scarpe di sicurezza.
-
Usare guanti specialmente durante la
fase di cambio degli utensili
-
Sollevare i carichi senza flettere la
schiena, mantenere il tronco eretto.
-
Indossare tute in perfetto stato, senza
parti svolazzanti.
-
Pulire accuratamente la macchina (in
particolare il piano di lavoro).
Togliersi gli oggetti che possono
-
provocare possibili infortuni come
orologio, cravatta, anelli o braccialetto.
Usare occhiali per la protezione degli
-
occhi.
-
Usare sempre cuffie o tappi antirumore
per la protezione dell'udito
-
Usare mascherine antipolvere o altri
dispositivi analoghi per la protezione
delle vie respiratorie nel caso si lavorino
legni che generano polveri irritanti,
tossiche, nocive
Immagazzinare gli utensili in luogo
-
sicuro inaccessibile alle persone non
autorizzate.
Non usare coltelli rotti, incrinati,
-
deformati, non perfettamente affilati o
eccedenti le capacità della macchina.
Pulire accuratamente le superfici
-
d'appoggio dei coltelli ed assicurarsi che
siano perfettamente piane e prive di
ammaccature.
-
Non lavorare mai pezzi troppo piccoli o
troppo grossi per la capacità della
macchina (vedi capitolo caratteristiche
tecniche)
ATTENZIONE !
L'area di lavoro a disposizione dell'operatore
non deve MAI essere occupata da oggetti
che causino ingombro e/o intralcio
all'operatore durante il funzionamento della
macchina, nonchè adeguatamente illuminata
(300/500 lux)
E' vietato l'uso della macchina, in assenza,
dei ripari posti a protezione degli organi
mobili e di taglio, e dei dispositivi di
sicurezza.
4.0 - SAFETY, HAZARDS,
PROTECTION DEVICES
4.1 -PRECAUTIONS, HOW TO USE
It is as well to remember that when using
any machine, risks and hazards always
exist that can be eliminated as long as the
machine is used properly and the safety
devices and guards are kept in good working
condition. We advise carefully reading this
booklet before using the machine. To use
the machine correctly, always abide by the
following rules:
Only ever work with all the protection
-
devicesin place and in perfect condition.
-
Read and carefully follow the
instructions in this instruction manual as
regards the installation, use and
maintenance of the machine. This
manual is provided together with the
machine.
-
Read and comply with all the warnings
in the manual shown under the heading
"IMPORTANT".
-
In the event of faults occurring or
anomalous machine behaviour
(suspicious noises, wrong or sudden
movements) always notify the person in
charge.
-
Bring the machine to a complete halt by
means of the padlockable master switch
before cleaning, changing knives or
doing any maintenance jobs.
-
Do not use water to put out fires on
control panels or electrical equipment.
-
Establish a regular machine inspection
and maintenance schedule.
Regularly check operation of the
-
sensors and safety devices.
-
Wear safety footwear.
Use gloves, especially when changing
-
tools.
-
Lift weights without bending your back,
keeping your back straight.
-
Wear overalls that are in good condition,
without any loose parts.
Carefully clean the machine, especially
-
the worktable.

Remove all objects that could cause
accidents like watches, ties, rings or
bracelets.
-
Use eyewear to protect your
eyes.
-

Always use noise protection ear muffs or
plugs
Use dust masks or other similar devices
-
for protecting the airways in case of
wood being machined that generates
irritating, toxic or harmful dust
-
Store the knives in a safe place, away
from hands or unauthorised persons, to
prevent injury.
-
Do not use broken or bent knives or
knives that exceed the capacities of the
machine.
-
Carefully clean the knife support
surfaces and make sure these are flat
and not dented.
-
Never work pieces that are too small or
too big for the machine (see technical
spec. chapter).
IMPORTANT !
The working area at the operator's
disposal must NEVER be littered with
objects during machine operation and
must be properly lit (300/500 lux).
The machine must never be used without
the guards protecting the moving and cutting
parts or without the safety devices.
