5.8.1 - SERRAGGIO DELLE VITI
Tutti gli accessori che vanno fissati alla
macchina mediante viti devono essere
avvitate seguendo i dati della coppia di
serraggio riportata nella tabella
seguente. Controllare periodicamente il
serraggio delle viti. Vedi tabella 5.8.1

Fissare la barra pos 1 al piano in uscita
della pialla serrando bene i dadi in pos
4.
Registrare eventualmente il parallelismo
con la lama sega agendo sui dadi pos.6
Infilare sulla barra il supporto porta riga
(pos 2) e stringerlo servendosi della
maniglia a scatto in pos 3.
Per fissare la riga al supporto agire sulla
maniglia in pos 5

Abbassare completamente la lama della
sega.
Infilare sulla barra il supporto porta riga
pos.7 e stringerlo servendosi sella
maniglia a scatto in pos.8.
Per fissare la riga al supporto agire sulla
maniglia in pos.9
Per posizionare la riga a 90° o 45°
allentare la maniglia a scatto pos.8
ruotare il supporto riga e la riga stringere
la maniglia a scatto pos.8.
Per inclinazioni diverse da 90° e 45°
servirsi della targa graduata pos.10.

5.8.1 – LOCKING OF THE SCREWS
All the accessories to be fitted to the
machine using screws must be
tightened using the torque wrench
settings shown on the following table.
Periodically make sure the screws are
tight. You see chart 5.8.1

fix the rod pos 1 to the outfeed table of
the planer locking well the nuts pos 4.
Fit the parallelism with the saw blade
adjusting the nuts pos.6
Put into the rod hold fence support (pos
2) and to tighten it through the flick
handle pos 3.
Adjust the handle to fix the fence to the
support pos 5

Lower down completely the saw blade
Put over the rod the hold fence support
pos.7 and tighten it through the flick
handle.8.
Adjust the handle to fix the fence to the
support pos.9
To position the fence at 90° or 45°
loosen the click-handle pos.8, rotate the
fence support and the fence and tighten
the click-handle pos.8.
For tilting different from 90° and 45° use
the graduated plate pos.10.

Tous les accessoires fixés à la machine
par des vis doivent être vissés en
respectant le couple de serrage indiqué
au tableau suivant.
Contrôler périodiquement le serrage des
vis. Tu vois tableau 5.8.1

Fixer la barre pos 1 à la table en sortie
du rabot et serrer bien les écrous en pos
4.
Enregistrer le parallélisme
éventuellement avec la lame scie en
agissant sur les écrous pos.6
Inserer sur la barre le support-règle, pos
2, et le serrer avec la poignée en
declenchement pos 3.
Pour fixer la règle au support enregistrer
bien la poignée en pos 5

Baisser complètement la lame de la
scie. Inserer sur la barre le support-
règle pos.7 et le serrer avec la poignée
au déclenchement en pos.8. Pour fixer
la ligne au support agir sur la poignée
en pos.9
Pour positionner la règle à 90° ou 45°
desserer la poignée au déclenchement
pos.8 tourner le support-règle et la règle
et serrer la poignée au déclenchement
pos.8.
Pour inclinaisons différentes de 90° et
45° utiliser la plaquette gradué pos.10.

- CIERRE VIDES
Todos los accesorios que están fijados
a la máquina con tornillos deben
atornillarse según el par de apriete
indicado en la siguiente tabla.
Compruebe periódicamente el apriete
de los tornillos. Ves tablero 5.8.1

Fijar la barra pos 1 al plan en salida de
la garlopa cerrando bien los dados en
pos 4.
Eventualmente registrar el paralelismo
con la hoja sierra actuando sobre los
dados pos.6
Enhebrar sobre la barra el soporte lleva
raya, pos 2, y apretarlo sirviéndose silla
manija a chasquido en pos 3.
Para fijar la raya al soporte actuar sobre
la manija en pos 5

Bajar completamente la hoja de la
sierra.
Enhebrar sobre la barra el soporte lleva
raya pos.7 y apretarlo sirviéndose silla
manija a chasquido en pos.8.
Para fijar la raya al soporte actuar sobre
la manija en pos.9
Para posicionar la raya a 90° o 45°
aflojar la manija a chasquido pos.8 girar
el soporte raya y la raya apretar la
manija a chasquido pos.8.
Por inclinaciones diferentes de 90° y 45°
valerse placa de matrícula gradual
pos.10.
