Per montare la mortasatrice occorrono
due persone (in quanto pesa circa 20
kg) o un apparecchio di sollevamento
(usando gli appositi ganci).
Assicurarsi che gli elementi semovibili
della cavatrice siano bloccati per evitare
possibili infortuni.
Infilare i tiranti del basamento nelle
asole del supporto della cavatrice dopo
aver collocato sui tiranti le rondelle e
aver abboccato i dadi, quindi bloccare il
supporto serrando i dadi.
Per il sollevamento agire sul volantino
pos. 1 e, per bloccare il piano, usare la
maniglia pos. 2.
Lo spostamento laterale avviene agendo
sulla leva pos. 3. Sotto il piano sono
presenti i fermi meccanici pos. 4 per
poter regolare la corsa. Per lo
spostamento in profondità agire sulla
leva pos. 5 e lo stop pos. 6 registrabile
posto sotto il piano.
Per il montaggio del mandrino, avvitare
in senso antiorario il mandrino sino alla
fine. Inserire sull'albero la stecca pos. 7
tra i pettini antirumore e l'albero porta
coltelli, e, con la chiave esagonale di 8
mm pos. 8, stringere a fondo, ruotando
in senso antiorario.
Per montare le punte, allentare i grani
presenti sul mandrino e stringere bene
a fondo con la chiave esagonale da 8
mm. Montare la protezione pos. 9 del
mandrino con le due viti a brugola M6
pos. 10.
5.7.4 - FITTING THE SLOT

Two people are required to fit the slot
mortiser (this weighs about 20 kg) or
else a lifting mechanism (using the
hooks provided).
Make sure the semi-moving elements
of the mortiser are secured to prevent
any accidents.
Insert the bed tie rods in the slots of the
mortiser support after placing the
washers on the tie rods and slightly
tightening the nuts. Next secure the
supports by fully tightening the nuts.
Lift by means of the handwheel pos. 1
and, to secure the table, use the handle
pos. 2.
Side movement is by means of lever
pos.3. Underneath the table are
mechanical stops pos. 4 that regulate
the stroke. To set the depth movement,
adjust lever pos.5 and stop pos. 6
adjustable underneath the table.
To fit the spindle, screw up the spindle
anticlockwise as far as it will go. Fit the
slat pos. 7 on the spindle between the
anti-noise combs and the knife spindle
and, using an 8 mm hexagon wrench
pos. 8, tighten well by turning
anticlockwise.
To fit the drills, loosen the dowels on the
spindle and tighten well using the 8 mm
hexagon wrench.
Fit the spindle guard pos. 9 using the
two M6 socket-head screws pos. 10.

Le montage de la mortaiseuse exige la
présence de deux personnes (car elle
pèse environ 20 kg) ou l'utilisation d'un
appareil de levage (des crochets sont
prévus à cet effet).
S'assurer que les éléments semi-
mobiles de la mortaiseuse soient bien
bloqués pour éviter tout risque
d'accident.
Enfiler les tirants du bâti dans les
boutonnières du support de la
mortaiseuse après avoir placé sur les
tirants les rondelles et avoir mis en
place les écrous puis bloquer le support
en serrant les écrous.
Pour soulever, utiliser le volant pos.1
et, pour bloquer la table, utiliser le
bouton pos.2 .
Le déplacement latéral s'effectue avec
le levier pos.3. les butées mécaniques
placées sous la table pos.4 servent à
régler la course. Pour le déplacement en
profondeur, utiliser le levier pos.5 et la
butée pos.6 réglable placée sous la
table.
Pour le montage du mandrin, le visser
dans le sens inverse des aiguilles
jusqu'à la fin. Monter sur l'arbre la
barrette pos.7 entre les peignes antibruit
et l'arbre portecouteaux et, avec la clé à
six pans de 8 mm pos.8, serrer à fond
en tournant dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles.
Pour monter les pointes, desserrer les
vis qui se trouvent sur le mandrin et
serrer fortement avec la clé à six pans
de 8 mm.
Monter la protection pos.9 du mandrin
avec les deux vis M6 pos.10.

Para montar la mortajadora se
necesitan dos personas (pesa unos 40
kg) o un aparejo de elevación (usando
los correspondientes ganchos).
Asegúrese de que los elementos
semovientes de la mortajadora estén
bien bloqueados, a fin de evitar posibles
accidentes.
Introduzca los tirantes de la base en las
ranuras del soporte de la mortajadora,
después de haber colocado en los
tirantes las arandelas y de haber
bloqueado las tuercas. Seguidamente
bloquee el soporte apretando las
tuercas.
Para la elevación utilice el volante pos.
1, y para bloquear la mesa use la
Manilla pos. 2.
El desplazamiento lateral se realiza por
medio de la palanca pos. 3. Debajo de
la mesa se encuentran los elementos de
sujeción mecánicos pos. 4 para poder
regular la carrera. Para el
desplazamiento en profundidad, utilice
la palanca pos. 5 y el stop pos. 6
regulable situado debajo de la mesa.
Para montar el mandril atornille en
sentido antihorario el mandril hasta el
tope. Introduca en el árbol la barra pos.
7 entre los peines anti-ruido y el árbol
porta-cuchillas.
Seguidamente, con la llave hexagonal
de 8 mm pos. 8, apriete hasta el tope,
girando en sentido antihorario.
Para montar las brocas, afloje los
tornillos sin cabeza presentes en el
mandril y apriete hasta el tope con la
llave hexagonal de 8 mm.
Monte la protección pos. 9 del mandril
con los dos tornillos Allen M6 pos. 10.
