HUNTER'S CHICKEN WITH
BABY NEW POTATOES
PROGRAM: AIR FRY | PREP: 5 MINUTES | COOK TIME: 24 MINUTES | MAKES: 4 SERVINGS
INGREDIENTS
4 x 150g chicken breasts
8 rashers of smoked back bacon
750g baby new potatoes, if large
cut in half
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Salt and ground black pepper,
as desired
100g grated Cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons BBQ sauce

DIRECTIONS

Wrap each chicken breast with two
bacon rashers.
2 In a medium bowl, toss potatoes with oil and
season with salt and pepper, as desired.
3 Insert divider and both crisper plates into the
drawer. Place chicken breasts in Zone 1 and
potatoes in Zone 2, then insert drawer into unit.
4 Select Zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature
to 200°C and set time to 24 minutes. Select
Zone 2, select AIR FRY, set temperature to
200°C and set time to 22 minutes. Select SYNC.
Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
5 When 10 minutes remain, open drawer and top
chicken with cheese. Toss potatoes with
silicone-tipped tongs and close drawer to
continue cooking.
6 Cooking is complete when the internal
temperature of the chicken reads 75°C on
an instant-read thermometer. Serve chicken
drizzled with BBQ sauce and new baby
potatoes.
