Description
At power-on, the firmware is unable to obtain information from the
instrument's non-volatile memory to complete initialization. Cycle
power again. Contact Keysight if the error remains.
For system errors related to erasing, reading, or writing calibration
data, verify that the instrument has the latest firmware revision
installed. Firmware updates can be located beginning at the
"Technical Support" tab at www.keysight.com/find/53210A. If the
error condition remains, contact Keysight.

I2C related errors if they occur, will occur most often during boot
up when power is cycled. If this type of error occurs cycle power
again. If the error remains, contact Keysight with a complete
description of the error message.
The instrument was unable to reference calibration data in
non-volatile memory. Perform a recalibration.
The instrument's calibration data has been erased following a
instrument firmware update. Recalibration of the instrument is
required.
The instrument state saved by the *SAV? command in non-volatile
(flash) memory has been lost.
