Check the correspondence of power supply to rating plate data
Check voltage on lines L1-L2, L1-L3, L2-L3
Check the correct direction of rotation of the three-phase electric motor
Check manual start-up *
Check that there is no abnormal noise and/or vibration
Check that the pump is not working in cavitation condition
Check sealing of valves
Check that there is no leakage in the hydraulic circuit
Check current value on each phase
Check manual stop button functioning
Check automatic start-up by pressure switch *
Check automatic start-up by float switch (for suction lift installations) *
Check the correct volume flow in the diaphragm circuit
Check normal operation of the indicators lights/alarms
Diesel pump
Check that the coupling between the motor and the pump is aligned correctly
Check and tighten mounting bolts
Check manual stop button functioning
Check that the air filter is clean and installed correctly
Check that the fuel connections are tight
Check the correct flow into the cooling circuit (water or air)
Check that the pole shoes for the batteries are fixed and not dirty
Check that the V-belts tension on the motor is correct
