PREPARAZIONE LATTE MONTATO

MAKING FROTHED MILK

Per montare il latte necessario alla preparazione del cappuccino, si consiglia di utilizzare latte freddo intero.
In order to froth the milk needed to make a cappuccino, it is recommended to use cold whole milk.
Verifi care che la macchina sia pronta.

Ensure that the machine is ready.
(Steam light on)
Premere il pulsante verso il basso per avviare
l' e rogazione del vapore.
Move the switch downwards to start dispens-
ing steam.

DISPENSING HOT WATER

This section describes how to correctly dispense hot water for preparing tea and infusions.
Immergere la lancia vapore in un contenitore
metallico con la quantità di acqua da scalda-
re.
Immerse the steam wand in a metal container
with the amount of water to be heated.

Attivare l' e rogazione del vapore per un paio
di secondi, così da eliminare eventuale acqua
di condensa presente nella lancia vapore.
Dispense steam for a few seconds so as to
eliminate any water in the steam wand.
Premere nuovamente il pulsante verso il bas-
so per fermare l' e rogazione del vapore.
Move the switch downwards again to stop dis-
pensing steam.
Premere il pulsante verso il basso per avviare
l' e rogazione del vapore; il vapore scalderà
l'acqua.
Move the switch downwards to start dispens-
ing steam; the steam will heat the water.
Versare il latte in un contenitore metallico.
Pour the milk into a metal recipient.
Estrarre il contenitore; versare la schiuma e il
latte nella tazza.
Remove the container; pour the froth and milk
into the cup.
Attendere.....
Wait.....
Inserire la lancia vapore nel latte.
Insert the steam wand in the milk.
Dopo ogni preparazione, attivare l' e rogazione
del vapore per qualche secondo e poi pulire la
lancia vapore dai residui di latte utilizzando
un panno umido.
After each beverage, dispense steam for a few
seconds and clean the steam wand with a
damp cloth in order to remove any milk resi-
dues.
Raggiunta la temperatura dell'acqua deside-
rata, premere nuovamente il pulsante verso
il basso per fermare l' e rogazione del vapore.
Once the desired water temperature has been
reached, move the button downwards again to
stop dispensing steam.
