b) While holding the UPPER
button (28), press one note
between C2 and C#4: the split
point of the keyboard will be
set on that key.
The split point selected will be
remembered even if the
instrument is turned off.
HOW TO SELECT AND
PLAY ONE OF THE 8 SETS
OF DRUM SOUNDS.
To select and play one of the 8
Drum Sets:
Press the M.DRUMS button
(24): the corresponding LED
lights.
Now it is possible to play the
first of the 8 Drum Sets
available; each key will be
assigned to one particular
Drum Instrument.
To select any of the Drum Sets:
a) Press the SELECT button
(44) until the MD SET LED
lights.
The number "1" will be shown
in the display, confirming that
the first Drum Set has been
selected.
To select the Drum Set you
wish to play
(e.g. Orchestra = 7) :
b) Press the number 7 of the
TONE SELECT buttons (47),
and the number 7 will be
shown in the display.
The instrument will play the
Drum Set selected until further
changed.

weiterhin gedriickt und driicken
Sie eine Taste auf der Kiaviatur
im Bereich von "C2" bis "C#4".
An dieser Stelle wird dann der
neue Splitpunkt gelegt.
Die Split-Einsteliung bleibt auch
nach Ausschalten des E-36
erhalten.
ANWAHL UND SPIELEN
EINES DER 8 DRUM-SETS.
Um die Sounds eines der 8
Drum-Sets spielen zu kénnen,
gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Driicken Sie M.DRUMS (24); die
LED leuchtet.
Auf der Klaviatur sind nun mit
verschiedenen Tasten unter-
schiedliche Schlagzeug-Klange
des ersten Drum-Sets spielbar.
Um ein anderes Drum-Set anzu-
wahlen, gehen Sie wie foigt vor:
a) Dricken Sie SELECT (44), bis
die M.DRUM SET-LED leuchtet.
Im Display wird die "1" fir das
erste Drum-Set abgebildet.
Beispiel: Anwahl des "Orchestra'"-
Sets ("7")
b) Driicken Sie die Taste "7" im
TONE-Bereich (47); die "7"
erscheint im Display.
Sie k6nnen nun die einzelnen
Klange dieses Sets auf der
Klaviatur spielen.

b) En gardant enfoncé le
bouton UPPER (28), pressez
une touche du clavier entre
do2 et do#4. Le point de split
(division) du clavier sera la
touche pressée.
Le point de split sera mémorisé
méme apres extinction de
Vappareil.
COMMENT
SELECTIONNER UN DES 8
ENSEMBLES RYTHMIQUES
(DRUM SETS).
Pour sélectionner et utiliser un
des 8 ensembles rythmiques
(Drum Sets):
Pressez le bouton M.DRUMS
(24) jusqu'a ce que la diode
correspondante s'allume.
ll est maintenant possible de
jouer du premier ensemble
rythmique disponible; chaque
touche du clavier est assignée
& un instrument de percussion.
Pour sélectionner un des
autres ensembles:
a) Pressez le bouton SELECT
(44) jusqu'a ce que la diode
M.DRUM SET s'allume.
Le numéro "1" s'affichera,
confirmant que le premier
ensemble est sélectionné.
Pour en sélectionner un autre
(par exemple Orchestre = 7):
b) Pressez le numéro 7 des
boutons TONE SELECT (47)et
le chiffre 7 s'affichera.
Les instruments obtenus au
clavier appartiennent a
lVensemble rythmique
sélectionné jusqu'au prochain
changement.
