1 Vertical arm actuator cylinder.

• Press lever A to lower the vertical arm, release to raise it (TCN 8240 - TCN 8260 only).
• Keep lever A pressed and turn handle B to lock vertical and horizontal arms (TCN
8240 - TCN 8260 only).
• Turn only handle B to unlock the vertical arm (TCN 8200 - TCN 8240 - TCN 8260).
3 Vertical and horizontal arm (to position the mounting/demounting tool).
4 Mounting/demounting tool (to mount and demount the tyre from the rim).
5 Tilting movable pole.
6 Locking wedge (to secure the rim to the turntable).

12 Inflation pedal (two-position pedal on STD versions and three-position pedal on FI
versions, used to inflate wheel via Doyfe connector (21)) (missing on STD TCN 8200).
13 Bead breaker shoe (movable shoe to detach the bead from the rim).
14 Deflation button (button to remove the extra air inside the wheel) (missing on STD
TCN 8200).
15 Pressure gauge (reads wheel pressure) (missing on STD TCN 8200).
16 Rim rest.
17 Safety valve (max. pressure 12 bar) (FI versions only).
18 Filter Regulator + Lubricator Unit (regulates, filters, dehumidifies and lubricates the
air supply).
19 Lube bottle.
20 Bead lifting lever (raises and positions the bead on the mounting/demounting tool).
21 Doyfe connector (connector to be fitted on the tyre valve for inflation).
22 Inflation nozzles (through these nozzles, an air jet makes tyre beads expand for
sealing and for enabling inflation) (FI versions only).
23 Air tank (FI versions only).
24 Inflation gun.
25 Bead breaker opening adjustment screw.
