The automatic sun system will be disabled until the blocking temperature
has been reached (heat gain).
After confirming the indoor blocking temperature with the ok key, you may
now adjust the desired outdoor temperatures below which the awnings are
not to extend. If your awning is able to work even in case of low
temperatures, then set this value to –20°C. If the awnings are to be blocked
in case of low outdoor temperatures, then please request the blocking
temperature from you awning manufacturer.
Please note that the guide rails of the awnings or other mechanical parts may
still be frozen, even if the outdoor temperature has already increased to
relatively high values. If in this case the awning is moved, it may get damaged.
Manual operation is also possible for awnings that are blocked by temperature.
If all adjustments have been made, the menu item "Set blocking temperature for
awnings" will be automatically left, and you may select further menu items.
Adjustment of the blinds
In this menu item, you may adjust the sun intensity and the direction and/or the
angle which the blind is to provide shading for, twilight and time retraction as
well as the wind speed from which the blind will be retracted. In addition, you
may adjust the automatic positioning and reversing system, i.e. you may decide
whether the slats are tilted for optimum light introduction, and/or the blind is
only closed a little
Please note: This menu item will only be displayed at least one channel has
been configured as "blind" in the basic setting (see chapter "Basic adjustment of
the connected components", p. 109).
After pressing the menu key, please use the + or – keys to select the blind
which you would like to adjust the values for. The display will indicate:
"Change automatic settings of blind x?" Confirm with ok.
Now using the + and – keys,
adjust the sun intensity from which
the blind is to be closed.
If you do not want the blind to react to sun, keep the + or – key pressed
until instead of the kilo lux indication "Sensor off" is displayed. Confirm
your setting with ok.
In order to take effect in the automatic system, the value set by you must be
exceeded or fallen below for the duration of the set lag periods. This avoids
Close blind x if
sun
exceeds 40 kilolux
