By using the arrow keys in the control panel, every output channel may be
operated manually. If the desired channel should be blocked as a result of rain or
wind alarm, a corresponding message will appear on the display if you press the
arrow keys (f. ex. "Awning 1 presently blocked due to rain or wind alarm!").
In the adjustment menus, the arrow keys for channel 1 have the alternative
function + and – for changing parameters.
The keys are equipped with an automated time system The connected drive may
be exactly positioned by pressing the key for a short time (less than 1 second). If
the key is pressed for more than 2 second, the corresponding drive will
automatically go to its final position after the key has been released. If you press
the opposite direction for a short time, this will stop the drive.
External manual key
In addition to operation by means of the integrated keys, you may connect an
additional external manual key to the control. The external key may be assigned
to any channel. In the original state upon delivery, the manual key is allocated to
channel 1 (please also refer to chapter "Allocation of the external manual key",
p. 113).
Adjustment of the automatic system
The adjustment menus for automatic operation may be accessed from the
starting position of the control by pressing the menu key. The control is always
in its starting position if weather data are displayed.
