Irrespective of these adjustments, all windows will be closed in case of alarm by
the motion detector.
Also manually opened windows will be closed in case of rain
or wind alarm or alarm by the motion detector!
In case of rain alarm, the window groups will be closed whose basic setting was
adjusted correspondingly (closing is the default setting; see chapter "Basic
adjustment of windows", p. 110). If the selected indoor temperature is fallen
below by more than 5°C, the window will remain closed, even if humidity should
be higher than the selected value (temperature has priority over humidity).
By pressing the menu key you may return to the automatic mode.
Adjustment of the awnings
In this menu item, you may adjust the sun intensity and the direction and/or the
angle which the awning is to provide shading for, as well as the wind speed
from which the awning will be retracted.
Please note: This menu item will only be displayed at least one channel has
been configured as "awning" in the basic setting (see chapter "Basic adjustment
of the connected components", p. 109).

After pressing the menu key, please select the awning by using the + or –
keys which you would like to adjust the values for. The display will indicate:
"Change automatic settings of awning x?" Confirm with ok.

Now using the + and – keys, adjust the
sun intensity from which the awning is
to be closed.
If you do not want the awning to react to sun, keep the + or – key pressed
until instead of the kilo lux indication "Sensor off" is displayed. Confirm
your entry with ok.
In order for the automatic system to react, the value set by you must be
exceeded or fallen below for the duration of the set lag periods. This avoids
continuous retraction and extension of the awning in case of rapidly changing
light conditions. In case of need, the lag periods may be changed as described in
the chapter "Delay time of the shading" (p. 116).
