Basic adjustment
Basic adjustment of the connected components
Windows, awnings and blinds are controlled differently. For example, windows
are opened and closed depending on temperature and humidity, and blinds are
opened and closed depending on the light or time. Improper basic settings may
therefore cause considerable damages, if f. ex a window is controlled according
to blind parameters and does not automatically close in case of rain!
The default allocation (channel 1 is awning, channel 2 is
window, etc.) does in most cases not correspond to the
actually connected types of drives. For this reason, the
control must at any rate be configured correspondingly
when starting up the system!
Before allocation of the drives to the channels and to the configuration, please
proceed as follows:
•
In the starting position of the control, keep the ok key pressed and
additionally press the menu key for 2 seconds.
The display will show: "Change basic settings of output channels?"
Confirm with ok.
•
Use the + and – keys to select whether an awning, a window or a blind is
connected to channel 1. If the "reserve" option is selected, the output will
not be controlled, and no setting menu will subsequently be displayed for
this channel. Confirm your selection with ok, and you will access the
following adjustment menus one after the other:
•
Adjustment of the channel and/or the individual channels (depending on
the version) with allocation and configuration as window, awning, blind or
reserve
•
Basic adjustment of the ventilation units to WGBLs (if connected)
•
Basic adjustment of the multifunctional relay
•
Allocation of the external manual key (if available)
•
Basic adjustment/activation of the motion detector input
•
Teach-in of radio subscribers (Elsner ventilation units or Daikin air-
conditioning units)
