11) Close the left-hand side of the body and replace the panel in the
vertical post.
FITTING THE BEAD BREAKER ARM:
1) Pull out the rod of the bead breaker cylinder by hand (15, Fig. F).
2) Fit the cylinder rod into the slot provided on the bead breaker arm (18,
Fig. F).
3) Fit the bead breaker arm (18, Fig. F) into the slots on the machine body.
4) Fit the pin (17, Fig. F) on to the arm and fix it using the 2 screws (16,
Fig. F).
5) Secure the rod of the cylinder (15, Fig. F) using the lock-nut (19, Fig. F).
N.B.: Tighten until the threaded part projects from the lock-nut by about
10 mm. (see Fig. G).
N.B.: Tightening down or backing off the lock-nut varies the minimum gap
between the bead breaker blade and the tyre rest.
WARNING: To avoid crushing the tyre beads, with the bead breaker arm in
the working position "-10", the gap between the blade and the rest must
be at least 40 mm.
6) With the aid of narrow-tip pliers, connect the spring (14, Fig. F) to the
bead breaker arm (see Fig. H).

FITTING THE BLADE:

1) Remove the bolt (20, Fig. I) and the lock-nut (21, Fig. I) from the bead
breaker blade, taking care to keep the two shim washers (22, Fig. I) in place.
2) Fit the blade on the bead breaker arm (see Fig. I) taking the greatest
care to ensure that the two shim washers are correctly positioned.
3) Fix the blade to the arm using the nut removed earlier and the lock-nut
(see Fig. I).
FITTING THE TANK (S 45 GP ONLY):
1) Remove the four 8x16 bolts already fitted into the tank fixing holes on
the machine body.
2) Fit the elbow (25, Fig. L) onto the valve (23, Fig. L) sticking out of the
back of the machine body and fix it with the spin (24, Fig. L).
3) Fit the tank on the body and secure it with the four TE M 8x16 bolts
removed earlier
