Glove compartment door lock

To open the glove compartment door, insert the key into
the lock (1) and rotate counter clockwise until you feel the
OPEN
latches release (fig. 30).
Open the door (fig. 30a) to access the glove compartment;
it contains the Owner's manual and the tool kit (see page
55).

Important
E
Do not store heavy or metal parts in the glove
compartment; any such parts shifting while riding might
affect vehicle stability.
To close the door, simply push at the position of the
fig. 30
latches until hearing them click into place.
Remove the key.
