Left fairing
Working on the left side, rotate the quick fastener (1)
counter clockwise from inside the fairing through ¼ of a
turn to release the front end of the left fairing (fig. 45).
To release the rear end of the left fairing, withdraw the
retainer (2) placed at the frame mounting point until it
stops; press on the outside of the fairing at retainer
location to aid removal (fig. 46).
Release the left fairing from the retaining pegs of the fuel
tank and remove it.
