3. If the available total current (HT) is insufficient to charge all vehicles with the minimum charging current, the charging
process on the last arrived vehicles pauses until a charging end or a charging break of a charging point is detected.
If an end of charge or a charge pause is detected, the charge is down-regulated at the charging point and the power is
released for other charging points. The down-regulated charging point is placed at the end of the charging list and
treated as a last connected charging point.
4. If a charging point is authorized by a VIP user, this charging point is excluded from the load balancing and the VIP user
charges the individual maximum charging current. If the end of charging or a charging pause of the VIP user has been
detected, the user will loose the VIP status for this charging process. They are placed at the end of the charging list and
treated like a last connected charging point.
A VIP status can only be assigned for charging with RFID authorization (whitelist).
 See chapter "Whitelist" on page 27.
Example of load balancing operating state 3: The last connected charging point (vehicle 6) must wait.
Example load balancing operating status 4: The VIP users charge maximum current (32 A).
