The Hidden Weights programme may be used with alloy rims, in conjunction with the
programme ALU 1P = EASY ALU1 or ALU 2P = EASY ALU2, in the following situations:
- when the outer weight would rather be hidden behind two spokes for aesthetic rea-
sons.
To use this programme, proceed as follows:
1 Previous select one of the following ALU 1P = EASY ALU1 or ALU 2P = EASY ALU2.
2 Perform the wheel balancing procedure as described in the chapter " ALU 1P = EASY
ALU1, ALU 2P = EASY ALU2 Programmes", without applying the outer weight.
3 Press the

- Press
to enable the Hidden Weights programme. If the user tries to select
this programme without previously selecting an ALU P = EASY ALU programme, the
"A 26" message is displayed. If the wheel is balanced on the outer side, the machine
displays the message shown in Fig. 16a.
If the wheel is unbalanced on the outer side (Pe), the machine displays the message
shown in Fig. 16b.
