    Legenda etichette di pericolo Pericolo di schiacciamento. Non inserire mai nessuna parte del corpo tra paletta stallonatrice, cerchio e appoggio cerchio. Nella fase di bloccaggio del cerchio sull’autocentrante, non inserire mai le mani fra cuneo di bloccaggio e cerchio. MAI sostare dietro la macchina.     - Sgonfiare completamente il pneumatico togliendo la valvola. - Regolare l’apertura della paletta stallonatrice ruotando la vite posta sullo stello del cilindro (fig.10, escuso AS 933). - Posizionare la ruota come indicato in fig.11 e avvicinare la paletta dello stallonatore al bordo del cerchio.

    - Riportare il palo in avanti (fig.15). Sbloccare il pulsante di bloccaggio liberando sia il braccio verticale sia quello orizzontale per ottenere il posizionamento corretto del dispositivo di montaggio/smontaggio contro il bordo del cerchio (fig.16). IMPORTANTE: premendo il pulsante si ottiene il bloccaggio simultaneo dei bracci verticale e orizzontale, mentre la torretta di montaggio/smontaggio si sposta leggermente verso l’alto allontanandosi dal bordo del cerchio (fig.16a).

    Gonfiare il pneumatico con apposito pedale a brevi intervalli, facendo attenzione che la pressione indicata di volta in volta sul manometro non superi MAI i livelli di pressione indicati dalla casa costruttrice del pneumatico. Gonfiaggio (solo AS 933) - Sbloccare la ruota dai cunei di bloccaggio dell’autocentrante.

Nota: Per un migliore funzionamento del sistema gonfiatubeless, la pressione di linea deve essere compresa tra gli 8 e i 10 bar.

    INTRODUCTION The purpose of this manual is to furnish the owner and operator of this Mondolfo Ferro machine with a set of practical and safe instructions for the use and maintenance of the AS 933, AS 943 and AS 944 tyre changers.

    WARNING For technical characteristics, attention notices, maintenance and all other information regarding the air tank, refer to the air tank user and maintenance manual supplied with the machine documentation. Key to danger warning decals. Risk of crushing. Never place any part of the body between the bead breaker shoe, the rim and the rim support. When securing the rim on the table top, never place your hands between the sliding clamp and the rim.

    Fully deflate the tyre, removing the valve - Adjust the aperture of the bead breaker shoe by turning the screw on the cylinder rod (fig.10, except for AS 933). - Position the wheel as shown in fig.11 and bring the bead breaker shoe to the edge of the rim.

    vertical slide and the swing arm (fig.15a) and to set the mounting/demounting device in the correct position against the edge of the rim (fig.16). IMPORTANT: when the button is pressed, this will simultaneously lock both the vertical slide and the swing arm, with the mounting/demounting vertical slide moving slightly up and away from the edge of the rim (fig.16a).

    Inflate the tyre by pressing the pedal briefly and repeatedly; check the pressure gauge frequently to make sure that the pressure NEVER exceeds the maximum pressure specified by the tyre manufacturer. Inflation (AS 933 only) - Release the wheel from the sliding clamps on the table top.

    OIL - WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Disposal of used oil Do not dispose of used oil into sewage mains, storm drains, rivers or streams. Contact a specialised firm for disposal. Oil spills and leaks When the oil has been removed, degrease the area with suitable solvents taking care to disperse solvent fumes. Dispose of all residual cleaning material in accordance with procedures as prescribed by law.

    Die Bedienungs- und Wartungsanleitungen in diesem Handbuch sollen den Besitzer und Anwender über den zweckgerechten und sicheren Umgang mit den Demontiermaschinen AS 933, AS 943, AS 944 aufklären. Damit Ihre Maschine die bewährten MONDOLFO FERRO Eigenschaften an Lebensdauer und Leistungen erbringen und Ihnen dadurch die Arbeit erleichtern kann, müssen diese Anweisungen genauestens befolgt werden.

    Handling Für den innerbetrieblichen Transport einen Gabelstapler in die unteren Aufnahmen der Verpackung einfahren (Palette) (Abb.1). Hinweise zum Flurtransport finden Sie im Abschnitt HEBEN und HANDLING. WARNUNG Die Originalverpackung für späteren Bedarf aufbewahren. AUSPACKEN/MONTAGE ACHTUNG Auspacken, Montage, Anheben und Aufstellung sind mit der größten Sorgfalt auszuführen. Die Mißachtung dieser Empfehlungen kann Schäden an der Maschine bewirken und die Sicherheit des Bedienerpersonals gefährden.

ACHTUNG Jeder andere Einsatz gilt als unsachgemäß und unverantwortlich.

    Legende der Warnetiketten Quetschgefahr. Darauf achten, daß kein Körperteil zwischen Abdrückschaufel, Felge und Felgenauflage gelangt. Bei der Befestigung der Felge auf der Spannplatte nie mit den Händen zwischen Spannklaue und Felge greifen. Sich NIE hinter der Maschine aufhalten. Beim Absenken des Montierkopfes NIE mit den Händen zwischen Rad und Montierkopf greifen.

    - Füllventil abnehmen und die gesamte Reifenluft ablassen Zum Einstellen der Öffnung der Abdrückschaufel die Schraube auf dem Zylinderschaft drehen (Abb.10, ausgenommen AS 933). - Rad gemäß Angaben in Abb.11 ausrichten und Abdrückschaufel an Felgenhorn heranfahren. WICHTIG: Während des Abdrückvorganges sollte das Spannfutter geschlossen sein (Spannklauen zur Mitte gerichtet) (A in Abb.11).

    freigegeben. WICHTIG: Durch Druck der Sperrtaste werden Horizontal- und Vertikalarm gleichzeitig gesperrt, wobei der Montier/Demontierkopf leicht vom Felgenhorn abgefahren wird (Abb.16a). Diese Position wird festgehalten, solange die Taste in Sperrposition ist. Der Kipparm kann unbehindert ohne erneute Positionierung des Montierkopfes gekippt werden (z.B. beim Demontieren gleicher Räder).

    Den Reifen durch Betätigung des entsprechenden Pedals mit kurzen Luftstößen füllen. Hierbei darauf achten, daß der jeweils am Manometer angezeigte Druck KEINESFALLS die Vorgaben des Reifenherstellers überschreitet. Füllung (nur für AS 933) - Das Rad von den Spannklauen ausspannen. - Den horizontalen Arm in die vollständig ausgefahrene Position führen.

    STÖRUNGSSUCHE Keine Drehung der Spanntafel Leitungsdraht an Masse. Drähte überprüfen. Motorkurzschluß. Motor ersetzen. Pedal zur Drehsteuerung kehrt nicht in mittlere Stellung zurück Steuerfeder defekt. Steuerfeder ersetzen. Pedale Abdrückschaufen und Spanntafel kehren nicht in Stellung zurück Pedalrückholfeder defekt. Pedalrückholfeder ersetzen. Kein Öl im Öler. Öler mit zusatzfreiem Öl SAE 20 auffüllen.

ACHTUNG Es sind keine Eingriffe zugelassen, die den Einstelldruck von Überdruckventilen oder Druckbegrenzer verändern.

    INFOS ZUR ENTSORGUNG DER MASCHINE Bei eventueller Verschrottung des Geräts die elektrischen, elektronischen, Kunststoff- und Eisenteile vorsorglich trennen. Anschließend die getrennte Entsorgung gemäß den einschlägigen Normen vornehmen. ANWEISUNGEN UND HINWEISE ALTÖLENTSORGUNG Altöl nicht in die Kanalisation, in Gräben oder Gewässer leiten, sondern in geeigneten Behältern sammeln und Spezialbetriebe für die Entsorgung beauftragen.

Débloquer le poussoir de blocage (sur l’A 2005 débloquer le levier) en libérant le bras vertical, puis horizontal (fig.15a) pour obtenir le positonnement exact du dispositif de montage/démontage contre le bord de la jante (fig.16).

    Gonfler le pneumatique avec la pédale prévue, à de brefs intervalles, en faisant attention que la pression indiquée à chaque fois sur le manomètre ne dépasse JAMAIS les niveaux de pression indiqués par le fabricant du pneumatique.     ATENCI Ó Ó N Para evitar que la máquina se dañe, no colocar ningún otro bulto sobre el embalaje. Traslado Para trasladar la máquina embalada, introducir las horquillas de una carretilla elevadora en las cavidades de la base (paleta), como se muestra en la figura 1.     Texto etiquetas de peligro Peligro de aplastamiento. No introducir nunca ninguna parte del cuerpo entre la paleta destalonadora, la llanta y el apoyo de esta última. Durante el bloqueo de la llanta en el mandril autocentrante, no introducir nunca las manos entre la cuña de bloqueo y la llanta.

    - Regular la apertura de la paleta destalonadora girando el tornillo presente en el vástago del cilindro (fig. 10, excluido AS 933). - Colocar la rueda como se ilustra en la fig.11 y acercar la paleta del destalonador al borde de la llanta.

    liberar los brazos vertical y horizontal (fig.15a) para que el dispositivo de montaje/desmontaje se ubique correctamente contra el borde de la llanta (fig.16). IMPORTANTE: al accionar el pulsador se produce el bloqueo simultáneo de los brazos horizontal y vertical, mientras la torreta de montaje/desmontaje se desplaza ligeramente hacia arriba alejándose del borde de la llanta (fig.16a).

    Inflar el neumático con leves presiones sobre el pedal, prestando atención para que la presión indicada en el manómetro no supere NUNCA los límites indicados por el fabricante del neumático. Inflado (sólo para AS 933) - Desbloquear la rueda de las cuñas del autocentrante.

Derrames o pérdidas de aceite Contener el producto derramado con tierra, arena u otro material absorbente. Limpiar con un disolvente la zona contaminada y evitar que se formen o acumulen vapores.
