Retighten the 4 screws on the cover in an alternating pattern.

Wiring the 4-20 mA current output

Risk of injury due to electrical voltage
• Before starting work, make sure that you switch off the supply
voltage and secure it to prevent restarting.
The current output on the 8041 can be connected in source mode
or sink mode.
→
Position the switch on the electronic board to the source mode
or sink mode position (see Fig. 16 or Fig. 17 ).
→
Connect the 4-20 mA output in source mode (see
sink mode (see Fig. 17 ).
→
Earth the device (see Fig. 16 or Fig. 17 ).
