Replacing the seal

Loosen the nut on the transmitter (reference 2).
→
Remove the transmitter from the fitting (see reference 1).
→
Remove the seal from the groove.
→
Clean the seal groove.
→
Insert the new O-ring in the groove (see §
accessories).
→
Insert the transmitter into the fitting.
→
Tighten the nut on the transmitter (reference 2) by hand.

• Stop the circulation of fluid and depressurize the pipes before
loosening the process connections.

• Before starting work, make sure that you switch off the supply
voltage and secure it to prevent restarting.
• Do not unscrew the cover of a powered device.
• Observe all applicable accident protection and safety guidelines
for electrical equipment.
Risk of injury due to high fluid temperatures.
• Use safety gloves to handle the device.
• Stop the circulation of fluid and drain the pipes before loosening
the process connections.
• Keep all easily flammable material and fluid away from the device

ing to the use of aggressive fluids.
