10 WARRANTY

10.1 SCOPE OF WARRANTY

CB suction ring (size -1, 0, +1, +2)
CBm-ALTK head
Turbine hose
Pneumatic turbine for CB microkeratome
Sterilization box for the turbine and turbine hose
EVOLUTION 3E console (excluding battery)
EVOLUTION 3E pedal
EVOLUTION 3E pedal (for China)
EVOLUTION 3E pedal
EVOLUTION 3 pedal (also for EVOLUTION 3E SN>7000)
• Warranty covers parts and labor necessary for the proper operation of the equipment cited above. All
returned equipment must be sent in its original packaging, after first having been decontaminated.
• The warranty does not cover single-use instruments or single-use accessories.
• Parts must be serviced and replaced exclusively by personnel approved by Moria.
• All defective parts exchanged during the warranty period remain the exclusive property of Moria.

10.2 WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

• Fault or malfunction of the system that appears outside the warranty period (as defined in section
10.3).
• Normal equipment wear and tear.
• Negligence, misuse or any use that does not comply with the specifications in the user guide.
• The use of consumables, parts or accessories not supplied by Moria.
• Dismantling, modification or intervention on the equipment by a person not authorized by Moria.

10.3 WARRANTY PERIOD

• The warranty takes effect on the day that the equipment is shipped.
• The warranty is for 12 months from the effective date.

10.4 LIABILITY

• Moria's liability is limited to the supply of the services specified in section 10.1. Moria is not liable for
direct or consequential damage, including financial, suffered by the customer due to interventions
under this warranty.
• Any dispute over the interpretation or performance of this contract or over the general terms and
conditions shall be within the competence of the Nanterre Commercial Court (France).
